December Bonus Content: Poem: The Astrologer’s House

Richard of Wallingford (wikimedia commons).

Climb the long stairs of the rain
to the astrologer’s house.

Its sign reads: Madame Rosa, Astrology —
Psychic Reader and Advisor.

Its walls are dull yellow as ancient horoscopes.
Time hangs in the air, a gathering storm.
In the garden, the weeds are growing like stars.
